Morning Consult surveyed 2,048 U.S. adults online in July 2026: 1,019 K-12 educators and 1,029 parents. IBM commissioned the weighted survey.

Self-reported readiness and perceptions are not measured teaching quality or student outcomes. The educator sample includes leaders and specialists as well as classroom teachers; vendor sponsorship warrants attention.
